LA DINO FOODS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Welcome to La Dino Foods! By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our food delivery services, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing by La Dino Foods in advance to be valid.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Order Accuracy: It's your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order, including meal selections, delivery address, and contact information, before confirming.
  • Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by La Dino Foods. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
  • Advance Payment: All orders require advance payment before they are processed for preparation and delivery.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The total price for your order will include the cost of food items, applicable taxes, and delivery charges.
  • Payment: Payments are due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
  • Late Payments (for credit accounts, if applicable): If invoices are issued (e.g., for corporate accounts), payment is due within 21 working days unless otherwise stated. La Dino Foods reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on overdue sums. Services may be suspended without prior warning in the event of late payment. For payments outstanding more than sixty (60) days, La Dino Foods may engage a debt recovery company, with all legal expenses payable by the client.
  • Withholding Tax (if applicable): Any withholding tax applied by a country's legislation on invoice amounts will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. La Dino Foods is not responsible for costs related to such legislation, and the full invoice amount is due to La Dino Foods.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We primarily deliver within a 3 KM radius from our location. Orders received for delivery outside this 3 KM radius may be rejected at our discretion.
  • Deliveries Beyond 3 KM: For deliveries beyond 3 KM, additional delivery charges will be applicable. Our team will intimate you regarding these charges before confirming your order.
  • Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to deliver within estimated timeframes, these are approximate and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and order volume. La Dino Foods is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Receipt of Order: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or incorrect address information, additional charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled without refund.

5. Food Quality and Allergens

  • Quality Assurance: La Dino Foods commits to providing high-quality food prepared with care. We will do our best to supply services in due time in accordance with agreed timeframes; however, our obligations cannot be considered an obligation to achieve results.
  • Allergens: While we take precautions, our food may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  • No Third-Party Liability: La Dino Foods cannot be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Complaints

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within a short window after placement, as specified on our website. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at the discretion of La Dino Foods, primarily for issues related to incorrect orders or significant quality concerns directly attributable to our service.
  • Complaints: Any claim regarding the delivery of goods or provision of services must be notified to La Dino Foods by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery or service.

7. Governing Law

All our contractual relations and these Terms and Conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
